Retire Village Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Retire Village we value EVERY opportunity to be of service to the Financial Services professionals who choose to use our marketing system. We hope that each subscription represents another opportunity to help bless the lives of not only our Advisor users but also the lives of the customers that are attracted to our subscribers because of our tools, techniques, and strategies.
We have established pricing options to help make it easier to use and manage access to our program. It is our hope that these monthly subscription options are a mere formality and that we can work together for many years to come. We also recognize that at times in the life of a business situations change and so we have established a cancellation and refund policy that protects all parties but is also fair and flexible when business situations require change.
Current Retail Pricing Effective April 1, 2023
Retire Village Marketing Basic System
Retail Price = $ 399 per month
Subscription Terms- month to month
Retire Village Marketing Trifecta System
Retail Price = $1500 per month

Billing Cycle
The monthly billing date will be the same each month based on the calendar date of their initial subscription payment.
Example if your initial subscription date was April 15th then your billing date would be the 15th day of each month. If you upgrade from the Retire Village Basics program to Retire Village Trifecta your billing date could be subject to change to reflect the date that you paid to upgrade your subscription.
Special Note: Retire Village reserves the right to make changes to the billing cycle and pricing policy but will alert all customers of the upcoming changes at least 30 days prior to any change.
* in the month of February all billing dates that would normally happen on the 29th, 30th or 31st day of a calendar month will be billed on the 28th day of February.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can choose to cancel your subscription with a full refund if you cancel within three business days from the date of your initial subscription. After the 3 days refund period, to avoid being charged for the Service on the next billing date, you must submit your request to cancel your Service at least 5 days prior to your next billing cycle.
If for some reason you request immediate cancellation of your subscription your account will be cancelled within 48-72 hours, but you will not receive a prorated refund, you will have access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle.
